Sindarin and Quenya are the two Elvish languages. Quenya, the first language ever to be spoken in Middle Earth, is the High-Elven tongue used by the Elves of Valinor and Rivendell, and Sindarin is the language used by the Silvian Elves of Mirkwood, Doriath and Lothlorien (with the exceptions of Galadriel and Celeborn, who were High Elves).
Now here comes the cool part, when I get to stop blabbing and you get to start learning! But while it is fun to tell everyone you know that you can say, "I desire a blue and green horse!" in Elvish, this is a little bit more practical.
